PART-TIME ASSISTANT CARETAKER

£6,346.81 – £6,744.55 per annum
We are looking to appoint a Part-time Assistant Caretaker on a permanent basis for 11th June 2012.
Salary rate of £6.63 – £7.04 per hour for 24hrs per week, term time + four weeks during the school holidays, to be worked 4 hours per day Monday-Friday and 1.5 hrs Saturday. This would involve mainly cleaning duties, together with some maintenance work and locking at the end of the school day.

-Hardworking, proactive and takes a pride in their work

-Is flexible, reliable, and responsible
-Has a strong commitment to the role
-Practical and methodical
Part of the role is to deal unsocial hours and weekend call-outs on a rota basis (which can be claimed for). You would also be required to step up and take on the role of Site Manager during absences/holidays including responsibility for maintaining the on-site swimming pool (for which appropriate training would be given).
